SYNOPSIS

Three groups of tremendous rock towers in the foothills of the Pyrenees in Northern Spain, some with peaks over 300 meters, have challenged climbers for decades. During the 1930s and 1940s, almost all of the peaks were conquered, except for one single pinnacle, the deadly “Cigar”.

This is the factual story (with some re-enactments) of the attempts, failures and ultimate conquest of this great peak. This film has won multiple awards at numerous film festivals.
