London-based factual distributor and film sales agency Aspect Film has closed deals with broadcasters in France and Israel for Food Matters, a feature documentary about the food and drug industry.
The hour-long documentary has been acquired by Canal+/Planete in France, Channel 8 in Israel, and Singapore Airlines.
It is produced and directed by nutritionists James Colquhoun and Laurentine ten Bosch (left) and features input from experts on nutrition and raw food, as well as investigative and medical journalists.
Aspect Film CEO Hugh Edwards said: “Food Matters essentially picks up where Michael Moore’s Sicko left off – providing viewers with key information that they are often oblivious to, but will certainly be interested in.”
