Aspect Film Ltd is an independent film sales agency based in London and Spain. The company was founded in January 2007 by former BBC Worldwide, Beyond International and Eagle Vision executive Hugh Edwards and former Jetix Europe executive Aneta Kianek-Edwards.
Aspect Film specialises in the sales and production of high-quality international films and TV programming, for theatrical & DVD distributors, as well as broadcasters and in-flight entertainment buyers worldwide. We generally acquire all rights across all media platforms, for exploitation to our clients.

Chief Executive Officer
After many years in publishing, Hugh’s film and TV career began in 1996 as Territory Manager for BBC Worldwide, where he handled licensing rights for flagship shows such as Absolutely Fabulous, Blue Planet, Only Fools and Horses, Pride and Prejudice, Teletubbies, to name but a few. After a stint at Beyond International, Hugh went on to become Director of International Television for Eagle Rock Entertainment ’s TV and DVD sales unit, Eagle Vision, managing international sales of concerts, award shows and music documentaries including Alice Cooper: Brutally Live, Brit Awards 2000, Classic Albums, George Benson: Absolute Benson and Up In Smoke Tour.
He also served as Head of Commercial Development & Marketing for kids channel Jetix Europe and Head of Sales & Acquisitions for Italian production & sales agency Blue Star Movies.

Marketing Director
Having completed her Masters Degree in Marketing, Aneta Kianek-Edwards joined Jetix Europe, where she worked in the Marketing Department. Shortly after, she joined London-based digital marketing agency Spring Digital, where she launched the company’s Online Marketing Division.
At Aspect, she handles all marketing activity for Aspect Film and also scouts for quality new feature films and TV programming for our catalog.
Aneta is a Slovak native who speaks fluently English, Slovak, Czech and Hungarian.

Consultant
After working in feature film production in Hollywood on movies such as Big Stan starring Rob Schneider, David Carradine and Jennifer Morrison, The Last Word with Winona Ryder and Wes Bentley (nominated for the Grand Jury prize at Sundance in 2008), The Chosen One starring Rob Schneider and Steve Buscemi, she relocated to London to take on responsibilities at Seven Arts Pictures Plc. As Director of Development & Marketing she was responsible for the branding and packaging of all projects either for film markets or for film releases. On a corporate level, she rebranded the image of Seven Arts by leading the design of a new website and providing the sales teams with cutting edge communication tools. She was also involved with international sales and distribution of the Seven Arts’ slate.
Caroline is a French native based in London who speaks fluently French, English and Spanish. She holds two post graduate master degrees one in Chemistry from the University of Versailles and the second one in Business Management from the University Montesquieu, Bordeaux.
